此次完賽獎牌延續三折疊設計，加持幸運盲盒，融會東坡韻、荔枝紅與嶺南窗，呼應“日啖荔枝三百顆，不辭長作嶺南人”的佳話；同時，以“山海為簽 新年如愿”為主題，創新采用盲盒情勢，內含三款可裝配冰箱貼，以鵝城年夜橋寄意“年夜展宏圖”、惠州西湖寄意“功德蓮蓮”、羅浮山寄意“春山可看”，愿跑友跑遊艇設計過山海、所愿皆達。
本年賽道設計有一項主要改變，即馬拉身心診所設計松與半程馬拉松的終點均設在惠州奧林匹克體育場內，這將是今朝全省獨一將終點設在專業體育場內的馬拉松賽事。這條賽道，不僅串聯起惠州的山海盛景，更將中醫診所設計帶領跑者穿越千年文脈，途經鵝城年夜橋、西湖、合江樓、水東街、東坡祠等一系列承載著商業空間室內設計城市記憶的地標。
鐘亮介紹，本年賽道的設計，是向跑友傳遞惠州“詩意與活氣共生、傳統與現代融合”的城市品德：當你奔馳在西湖畔，感觸感染的是“此心安處是吾鄉”的溫潤包涵；穿越水東街、合江樓時，觸摸的是千年文脈厚重底蘊；途經鵝城年夜橋、城市新區時，看到的是惠州蓬勃發展的芳華活氣——這條賽道，就是惠州城市品德的“流動載體”。
